Michael has a three-decade career in the design, development, and reconstruction of commercial and residential properties in the United States. His expertise in property and casualty insurance claims has been instrumental in rebuilding communities ravaged by natural disasters. With building contractor licenses held in nearly 20 states, Michael's impact in the industry is remarkable. He served as Vice President of Marquee Development Group from 2006 to 2008, leading transformative commercial and resort projects throughout the Caribbean. In 2009, Michael became the inaugural franchise partner of CMR Construction & Roofing, a nationally renowned insurance restoration building contractor operating in over 30 states. His leadership and entrepreneurial spirit led to the expansion of CMR's footprint into the northeast, upper Midwest, and Arizona, where he staffed and built over 20 offices focusing on exterior renovations of commercial and residential properties. In 2014, Michael forged a groundbreaking partnership with Townsend Building Services, Australia's preeminent insurance restoration contractor, to aid in the revitalization efforts of the Gold Coast following a catastrophic natural disaster. Michael's portfolio includes notable commercial and residential projects, earning accolades from publications like the Wall Street Journal and Architect Magazine.
