Michael boasts an illustrious career spanning over 3 decades, in the design, development, and reconstruction of properties across the United States holding building contractor licenses in nearly 20 states. Michael spearheaded transformative commercial and resort projects throughout the Caribbean, showcasing his visionary leadership and strategic acumen.
His astute leadership and entrepreneurial spirit led to the expansion of over 20 offices & overseeing a national salesforce of hundreds of sales people along with experience in structuring JV’s, acquisitions, & raising capital makes him a great addition to our team.
Jason Sandwick
With over three decades of distinguished leadership across development, construction, property management, entertainment management, mergers and acquisitions, and banking, Jason Sandwick has built a career defined by innovation, strategic execution, and transformative results. His deep expertise spans banking, energy, technology, and emerging markets, positioning him as a visionary in identifying and capitalizing on high-growth opportunities.
Jason’s most recent hallmark achievement was leading the development of the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX—a landmark mixed-use project encompassing entertainment venues, retail, and a specialized banking facility with a dedicated data center. Under his direction, the project achieved record profitability and was successfully transitioned to Brookfield Properties, where Jason continued to oversee operations during their acquisition and integration phase.
While spearheading this complex development, Jason also completed Executive Education at the MIT School of Business, further sharpening his strategic and operational acumen. His ability to manage large-scale projects while pursuing advanced education underscores his commitment to excellence and continuous growth.
Beyond real estate and development, Jason has successfully executed private placements for capital and acquisitions in the technology sector, demonstrating his versatility and financial expertise. He has served on the Board of Directors for NCAMP, is a licensed instructor for both NCAMP and NAMB, and has been recognized in America’s Who’s Who for his contributions to the banking industry.
Jason is also certified to manage critical construction projects for Bank of America, has partnered in restaurant ventures, and is a sought-after public speaker. His credentials as a general contractor and his leadership in high-stakes environments make him a trusted figure in both corporate and entrepreneurial circles.
